  1. Hi guys, I enjoyed the episode and this issue. I liked the intro to the characters. I like Geo-Force, though I prefer the green and yellow costume. I also have always liked Halo. I like her design. I had forgotten about what her origin was until I reread this series about a year ago. It takes a while to get to it and I can't say I'm crazy about it but I still like the character. Looking forward to the next episode!

    1. Good stuff, Mark! We will definitely discuss Geo-Force's costume and Halo's origin in (checks calendar) wow, that's a ways off. :)

  2. Another enjoyable episode!

I was pretty sure this was the first #1 of an ongoing series I bought too, Tim, so I did some research...and it turns out I was right. I didn't pick up All-Star Squadron until #13 and Firestorm until #4...and New Teen Titans was already underway when Secrets of the Legion of Super-Heroes #1 made me a comics fan. I also picked up Amethyst at #1, but that was a limited series.

Anyway, how could you not pick up the comic with that cover? Designed to grab 60 cents out of your pocket, right? I instantly became a big fan after this first issue and I'm excited to see the characters develop all over again.

I'm glad you guys mentioned the way the origin was worked into that page - it was a smart way to get it in there without taking up much space.

Okay, I've rambled on long enough. Bring on BatO #2 and your episode about it!

    1. Glad you liked it, Justin! Those are some great comics you mentioned, very good company for BatO. Totally agree about the cover, who could resist it?

As for rambling, you're talking to the KING of Rambling. Bring it! And thanks for writing!
